Supervised Visitation Services

Program Description

Nurturing Little Seeds Family Resource Center (NLSFRC) Supervised Visitation Program  provides a safe, neutral, and child-focused environment for supervised visitation and family interaction. Our supervised visitation services are designed to support healthy parent-child relationships while ensuring the safety, emotional well-being, and best interests of the child.

Services are available for families referred by courts, attorneys, social service agencies, child welfare agencies, or through mutual family agreement. Visits are facilitated by trained visitation monitors who observe interactions, document attendance and significant events, and provide a supportive environment for positive family engagement.

Our program  goals are to:

1. Protect the physical and emotional safety of children and participating adults.

2. Help children maintain meaningful connections with family members while promoting safety, stability, and healthy family relationships.

3. Provide professionally observed, factual documentation of visits.

4. Maintain neutrality regarding custody, placement, and reunification decisions.

Neutrality Statement

NLSFRC staff do not conduct custody evaluations, psychological evaluations, parenting capacity assessments, or make recommendations to the court regarding custody, placement, or visitation schedules unless specifically contracted and legally authorized to do so. Staff document observed behavior only.

Hours of Operation

Visits are scheduled by appointment only.

Appointments must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance.

NLSFRC does not provide custody evaluations, legal advice, psychological assessments, or recommendations regarding custody, placement, or future visitation arrangements.

4. Pay Intake Fee

5. Complete Intake Interview

6. Schedule Initial Visit

Financial Assistance

Sliding-scale fees may be available based on household income and grant funding availability.

Fee assistance may be available through community partnerships and grant funding when available.
