At Nurturing Little Seeds Family Resource Center, our Certified Child Passenger Safety (CPST) Technician provides personalized car seat education, inspection, and installation assistance to help families travel safely and confidently.
During your appointment, we'll work with you to ensure your child's car seat is appropriate for their age, height, and weight, and that it is installed and used correctly.

Recommendations based on current child passenger safety best practices
Each appointment is one-on-one with a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician and typically takes 30–60 minutes, depending on your family's needs. Services are provided by a nationally Certified Child Passenger Safety (CPST) Technician following current child passenger safety best practices.
Our goal is to teach caregivers how to correctly install and use their child's car seat—not simply install it for you. By the end of your appointment, you'll have the knowledge and confidence to keep your child riding safely.

Nurturing Little Seeds Family Resource Center (NLSFRC) Supervised Visitation Program provides a safe, neutral, and child-focused environment for supervised visitation and family interaction. Our supervised visitation services are designed to support healthy parent-child relationships while ensuring the safety, emotional well-being, and best interests of the child.
Services are available for families referred by courts, attorneys, social service agencies, child welfare agencies, or through mutual family agreement. Visits are facilitated by trained visitation monitors who observe interactions, document attendance and significant events, and provide a supportive environment for positive family engagement.

Protect the physical and emotional safety of children and participating adults.
Help children maintain meaningful connections with family members while promoting safety, stability, and healthy family relationships.
Provide professionally observed, factual documentation of visits.
Maintain neutrality regarding custody, placement, and reunification decisions.
Neutrality Statement
NLSFRC staff do not conduct custody evaluations, psychological evaluations, parenting capacity assessments, or make recommendations to the court regarding custody, placement, or visitation schedules unless specifically contracted and legally authorized to do so. Staff document observed behavior only.
